Rooms
may be rented individually, but the house will never be split-rented
to different parties at the same time, so there is complete
privacy (unlike a traditional bed and breakfast which have
many different guests staying under one roof). If the owners
of the Villa are present, only the downstairs two levels are
available (two bedrooms and the kitchen/living area), however
they will be delighted to host you and help orient you for
your Bali adventure.
The
third story, 1.000 square foot open-air Pelangi Suite
consists of a large bedroom with a super-king bed, and
private veranda overlooking the garden. A large studio
and lounging area with hardwood floors, 7-foot carved
teak wood desk, massive Colonial-style sofa and antique
Javanese daybed are two steps down from the bedroom.
A beautiful marble bathroom with outdoor shower, fishpond,
and river views is attached.
The
Raja Room, which occupies half of the downstairs level,
nearest to the river, has a queen bed, locking armoire
and writing desk, and private garden patio. The room
is totally enclosable with locking French doors, and
air conditioning and a fan are included.
The Rani room is
a virtual twin of the Raja Room with a private patio
adjacent to a lotus pond.
Both the Raja Room
and Rani Room have access to the ocean-themed Red Bath,
located off the foyer between the rooms. On the garden
level below the rooms is a 70-foot hardwood deck overlooking
the river. Cushioned lounges, chairs and tables shaded
by umbrellas make this a perfect area for relaxing or
entertaining. Traditional Balinese dance and music performances
can also be staged here.
